Come and celebrate the holidays in the elegant Alexandria Ballroom with winter-themed chamber music and holiday favorites. In this graceful, historic setting, voices, guitar, cello, and piano come together in a program that moves from quiet winter reflection to the warmth of the season's celebration.
The chamber music ensemble includes Ilana Davidson, soprano; Krista River, mezzo-soprano; Jody Redhage Ferber, cello; Dan Lippel, guitar; and Alex Ruvinstein, piano.
A Child’s Christmas in Wales

This is our 15th year presenting the beloved tale at the well-known pub, An Beal Bocht Cafe, which has been a home for the arts in Riverdale for over 30 years. Narrated by the excellent Joan Lunoe, who embodies the childlike nostalgia of a Christmas in simpler times from the viewpoint of a young boy.
The charming story is presented each year anew with hand-chosen chamber music and vocal selections to celebrate the holidays!

Serenata Solstice ~ Echoes of Light
Serenata Chamber Series invites you to celebrate and honor the Winter Solstice with Echoes of Light, a program that moves through three musical movements — Winter Comes, In the Darkness, and A Glimmer of Light.
Spanning Gregorian and Armenian chant, medieval song, Baroque art song, folk tradition, and new compositions, the program traces a thousand years of music reaching toward the same moment — the turn from winter's darkness into returning light.
Echoes of Light will be released by December 19 as CDs and streaming, inviting listeners into the same stillness and renewal we celebrate together each year at our Winter Solstice Concert.
